T&B “Day at the Race Track ” Grand Prize Winners Hot on the Track Grand prize winners of Thomas & Betts’ “Keep it Kool” promotion heated up the track at Thomas & Betts’ “Day at the Race Track ”, held at the Mosport International Raceway in Bowmanville, Ontario on September 14 th.
Six lucky grand prize winners, one per Thomas & Betts sales region, were randomly selected from all the entries received for the Summer 2005 Ty-Rap® “Keep it Kool” promotion. The grand prize winners were:
Roger Soucy, Security Electrical Ltd (Atlantic Region);
Sylvain Martel, Transelec Common Inc. (Quebec Region);
Dan Racicot, Racicot Electric Ltd (Central Region);
Bruce Lamont, Lamont Electric Ltd (Mid-west District);
Scott Mullin, Pyramid Corporation (Alberta District); and
Perry McDougall, Goodwin Industrial Electric Ltd (B.C. District).
Then each grand prize winner, along with their distributor representative and T&B sales representative, headed to Bowmanville, Ontario to experience the spills and thrills of the second annual Thomas & Betts “Day at the Races” event!
And what an event it was! The “Day at the Races” event provided all participants with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to drive a real racecar on a world-renowned track as part of an all-expenses paid, three-day event. Each winner enjoyed a complete day of racing including driving lessons from a professional racing instructor and a chance to show off their talents on the track. A great time was had by all – on and off-track! |
